Brake adjustment

When the brake is held to 1/2 of the unbrake grip distance, it should be able to brake, and the brake lever should be able to reset sensibly after being released. Equipment and adjustment of front and rear wheels.

Front wheel: Put the front wheel into the front fork splice, pay attention to the safety sheet, put the safety sheet on the front axle and buckle it on the square hole of the front fork splice. After three months of use, the lock nut should be tightened once.

Rear wheel: Install the drive motor. After three months of operation, the lock nut should be tightened once. Note: The tightening torque of the front wheel nut should be ≥18N·m (not front-wheel drive); the tightening torque of the rear wheel nut should be ≥30N·m. Adjust the brake to loosen the rope nut.

Dispatch and adjust the bolts so that the space between the brake disc and the brake shoe is small and there is no interference, and the rope nut is tightened. Note: Oiling and watering are prevented in the expansion lock.

Cantilever brake adjustment

Loosen the brake shoe adjustment nut so that the brake shoe can touch the center of the rim in parallel, and the side surface should be aligned with the rim, and then tighten the brake shoe adjustment nut. Unscrew the rope nut, remove the brake steel rope from the bridge frame, adjust the distance between the brake shoe and the rim about 2-3mm, and dispatch the brake steel rope to a suitable length (in non-braking conditions, the rope should not touch the mud plate), Then tighten the rope nut. Loosen the bridge nut, hang the steel rope of the suspension gate on the bridge, adjust the brake rope to a suitable length, and tighten the bridge nut. In the non-braking condition, if the brake shoe cannot be reset and still touches the rim, loosen the connecting bolt or add some lubricating oil here so that the torsion spring can roll freely. Prevent oiling at the rim conflict.

Front wheel drum brake adjustment
