There is also a hydraulic clutch. That is, the power between the pedal and the actuator is hydraulically transmitted. The structure is different, but all are adjustable.

After depressing the clutch pedal, push the release bearing into the dial, push down the spring plate of the pressure plate, so that the pressure plate is opened, and the clutch plate and flywheel will no longer function. Due to the applied pressure, power cannot be transmitted and the clutch disengages. The longer the pedal travel, the more the clutch pressure plate bounces and the more complete the clutch disengagement. Therefore, adjusting the clutch stroke is actually an adjustment to the operating mechanism such as the clutch cable, and the ultimate goal is to change the range of motion of the actuator.

There is not much difference between the cable clutch and the hydraulic clutch system. The principle of the clutch is the same, and they all rely on the pedal. It just changes the way power is transferred from the pedals to the actuation unit. And then there's our idea of adjusting the clutch. That is, adjust the control range from the pedal to the actuator.

The hydraulic clutch control unit cannot be adjusted.

The mechanical clutch can be adjusted by adjusting the tightness of the clutch cable or changing the length of the clutch cable (changing the moment arm). If you want to better suit your car, it is best to choose a custom length clutch cable. Among them, the former can be fine-tuned, and the latter has a wide adjustment range, but the custom length clutch cable has been included in the correction range. Improper adjustment will affect the driving safety, and this operation is not recommended.

If the clutch pedal is too high, it will usually be raised high for force at launch. Not suitable for frequent starts in heavy traffic.
