The motorcycle clutch cable sold by Huafeng is exclusively manufactured and used in Yamaha XSR700 MT01 TRAC 2018.

The Yamaha XSR700 clutch cable includes an outer shell and an inner cable that can pass through it.

There is a threaded length adjuster on the housing with end caps (called ferrules) at both ends. The shell consists of a semi-rigid metal frame with vinyl lining and external coating.

The vinyl inner layer must be hard to be durable and provide low friction so that the inner wire can slide on it. The vinyl lining has a natural lubricating effect and helps the wires to slide.

The internal control wire is made of independent steel wires (usually stainless steel) that are tightly braided together. The thickness and roughness of the material and weave are different, but the final wire is always very strong.

The Yamaha XSR700 MT01 clutch cable can replace the original clutch cable. It has been tested to match the fit and performance of the original parts. It will also be tested before leaving the factory to ensure the pull-out force at the end of the cable.
