• Remove the two screws fixing the cable:

Remove the screw that fixes the cable behind the left front headlight. It is relatively difficult to remove and leaves less space. If your hand is too thick to remove it, you can loosen the headlight screw first.

• Detach the buckle on the pedal:

The clutch wiring is not screwed to the pedal, but hung on the pedal. Pull down the spring on the pedal and take out the wiring upwards.

• Remove the wiring:

The pull cord is fixed on the frame with three buckles, and the wiring can be taken out by removing these three buckles.

• Install a new clutch cable:

First install the two screws to fix the wiring, plug the wiring into the hole before installing, and after tightening the two screws, the pull cord can be clamped on the clutch pedal, and then lift the vehicle to pass the pull cord under the lower guard plate. Then pass the fixing hole, and install the end of the cable on the fork shaft.

• Adjust the clutch height:

After the clutch cable is installed, it is necessary to adjust the clutch height.
